- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp Tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup tsp cumin
- pinch cayenne
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Combine all ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth.
